§ 2124. County bonds held for poor and road purposes exempt
The scrip, bonds and certificates of indebtedness of any county in this Commonwealth, owned by any public corporation within such county, and the income from which is by law appropriated exclusively to the support of the poor and the maintenance of the public roads of such county, be and and same are hereby exempted from taxation for state purposes.
