§ 3481. Corporations, etc., to take vouchers for money expended by them, and make quarterly settlements
All corporations, penitentiaries, charitable and educational institutions, receiving and disbursing state appropriations shall take vouchers for the money so expended by them, and shall make quarterly settlements with the auditor general.
