§ 425.9. Public interest
Currentness
A prescribed burn conducted in compliance with this act and the act of January 8, 1960 (1959 P.L. 2119, No. 787),1 known as the Air Pollution Control Act, is deemed to be in the public interest and shall not constitute a public or private nuisance.
