§ 1301.28b. Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act
Currentness
(a) Except as set forth in subsection (b), this article modifies, limits and supersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (Public Law 106-229, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.).
(b) This article does not:
1. modify, limit or supersede section 101(c) of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001(c)); or
2. authorize electronic delivery of the notice described in section 103(b) of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7003(b)).
