§ 3489. Appropriations to be non-interest bearing liens
Such appropriation shall be a non-interest bearing lien on said real estate for the term of twenty years from the date of such entry of said certificate in said docket, and, in case of public or private sale of such real estate during that term, shall be paid out of the proceeds thereof before any subsequent lien, mortgage, encumbrance, or other charge.
