§ 6072. Owners may show that there was sufficient personal property
This act shall not be so construed as to prevent the original owner or owners from showing that there was sufficient personal property on the real estate sold to pay all the taxes assessed thereon which might have been seized by the collector if he had used due diligence, and in such case the title of the original owner or owners shall not be doubted.
