§ 3934. Certificates or bonds; signing; transfer
Currentness
The bonds or certificates of loan, issued under the provisions of this act, shall be signed by the Governor and the State Treasurer, and countersigned by the Auditor General. Such bonds or certificates shall be transferable on the books of the Commonwealth at the Auditor General's Department in Harrisburg.
