§ 4242. Payment to be made within ten days after making report
Currentness
It shall be the further duty of every officer, agent and employé of the state as aforesaid, within ten days after making to the auditor general the report required by the second section of this act,1 to pay over to the state treasurer the amount of fees, emoluments and perquisites collected by him during the preceding quarter, whether for his own use or for the use of the state.
