§ 5005. Assessors; account of time employed in elections
Currentness
Such assessors and assistant or registry assessors shall keep an account of the several days by them actually employed in the performance of their duties pertaining to elections, and shall make return of the same to the county commissioners, verified by their oath or affirmation.
