§ 32A02. Changes in Uniform Construction Code
Currentness
A borough may propose and enact an ordinance to equal or exceed the minimum requirements of the Uniform Construction Code in accordance with section 503 of the Pennsylvania Construction Code.1 Any ordinance exceeding the provisions of the Uniform Construction Code shall be required to meet the standards under section 503(j)(2) of the Pennsylvania Construction Code.
