§ 3461. Tuberculosis funds; moneys received from United States credited to
All moneys heretofore or hereafter received by the State Treasurer from the United States Government in payment of the cost of the care and treatment of sick and disabled soldiers, sailors, and marines, placed by the United States Government in State institutions under the control of the Department of Health are hereby appropriated to the State Department of Health, shall be credited by him to the Tuberculosis Fund of the said department, and shall be paid out of the State Treasury in the same manner as other appropriations to the State Department of Health are paid.
