§ 1607. Violations
A person that willfully violates section 6(a)(1), (2), (3), (5), (6) or (12)1 shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree. A violation of another provision of this act shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, a violator shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 for each violation and conviction.
