§ 398.10.3. Immunity from liability
A manufactured home community owner who complies with the procedures set forth in this act shall be immune from liability with regard to or as a consequence of the sale, disposal or destruction of an abandoned manufactured home and any contents in such manufactured home or otherwise in the community or associated with the home except as otherwise specifically set forth in this act.
