§ 3465. Credit of such money to general fund of Department
All moneys received heretofore or hereafter by the State Treasurer and hereby appropriated to the State Department of Health shall be credited by him to the General Fund of the said department, and shall be paid out of the State Treasury in the same manner as other appropriations to the State Department of Health are paid.
