§ 3919.5101. Repeals
Currentness
(a) Absolute.--Article XVI-B of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 343, No. 176),1 known as The Fiscal Code, is repealed.
(b) General.--All other acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with Chapter 3.
