§ 3401. Fees abolished in certain counties
All fees and commissions now allowed, received or collectible by the treasurer of any county, co-extensive in boundary with a city of the first class, for service rendered by him in the receipt, collection, payment and disbursement of revenues for or on behalf of this Commonwealth, be and the same are hereby repealed and abolished.
