§ 20133. Appropriation
For the purpose of paying for the compensation to eligible veterans, and clerical services, postage and other necessary expenses incurred by the Adjutant General in the administration of this act, the sum of twenty-eight million dollars ($28,000,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is specifically appropriated to the Department of Military Affairs.
