§ 20075. Sale of bonds
Whenever bonds are so issued they shall be offered for sale at not less than par and accrued interest and shall be sold by the Governor, the Auditor General and State Treasurer at public or private sale on such terms and conditions as the Governor, Auditor General and State Treasurer shall direct.
