§ 20055. Payment
Currentness
The compensation payable under this act shall be paid by the State Treasurer from the World War II Veterans' Compensation Fund to be created with funds realized from a proposed bond issue, if and when authorized, upon requisition by the Adjutant General.
Payments under this act shall be made as soon as possible after funds thereof are available.
