§ 2625. State Plan Advisory Board
(a) There is hereby established within the Department of State a State Plan Advisory Board comprised of fifteen members for the purpose of advising the Secretary of the Commonwealth on the development of the State Plan required by the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-252, 42 U.S.C. § 15301 et seq.).1
(h) The board shall have the power and duty to advise the Secretary of the Commonwealth on the development of the State Plan, which the secretary must develop and submit to the Federal Election Assistance Commission in accordance with the Help America Vote Act of 2002. The board shall make recommendations on all aspects of the State Plan described in section 2542 of the Help America Vote Act of 2002.
