§ 1904. License required
It shall be unlawful for any person to hold himself or herself forth as a licensed bachelor social worker, licensed social worker, licensed clinical social worker, licensed marriage and family therapist or licensed professional counselor unless he or she shall first have obtained a license pursuant to this act.
