§ 3538. Fraudulent voting by soldiers
Any person who shall vote or attempt to vote at any election by electors in military service under the provisions of Article XIII of this act,1 not being qualified to vote at such election, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding one thousand ($1,000) dollars, or to undergo an imprisonment of not more than one (1) year, or both, in the discretion of the court.
