§ 101-L. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Institution.” As defined in section 3 of the act of November 26, 1997 (P.L. 508, No. 55),1 known as the Institutions of Purely Public Charity Act.
