§ 8905-B. Keystone Opportunity Zone
Within four months following the designation of a neighborhood improvement zone, a city may apply to the Department of Community and Economic Development to decertify and remove the designation of all or part of the Keystone Opportunity Zone on behalf of all political subdivisions. The provisions of section 309 of the act of October 6, 1998 (P.L. 705, No. 92),1 known as the Keystone Opportunity Zone, Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zone and Keystone Opportunity Improvement Zone Act, shall be deemed satisfied as to all political subdivisions. The Department of Community and Economic Development shall act on the application within 30 days.
