§ 102-K. Surcharge
Currentness
(a) Rates.--
(1) Before March 1, 2024, the surcharge under 35 Pa.C.S. § 5306.2(a) (relating to uniform 911 surcharge) shall be $1.65.
(2) After February 29, 2024, and before February 1, 2026, the surcharge under 35 Pa.C.S. § 5306.2(a) shall be $1.95.
(b) Notification.--Before February 8, 2024, the agency shall transmit notice to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication of the surcharge increase in the next available issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
