§ 1406-B. Use of block grant funds
(d) Allocation.--For State fiscal year 2012-2013, each county in expending block grant funds shall provide local matching funds for block grant funds allocated to it in the same percentage as that county's aggregate local match percentage for the State funds identified in section 1405-B(a)(1)1 in State fiscal year 2010-2011. For each State fiscal year thereafter, each county in expending block grant funds shall provide local matching funds for State block grant funds allocated to it in the same percentage as that county's aggregate local match percentage for the State funds identified in section 1405-B(a)(1) in State fiscal year 2011-2012.
