§ 12-1205.3. Charter schools
Currentness
(a) Subject to subsection (b), an uncertified teacher or administrator who is employed full time by a charter school shall comply with the continuing professional education requirements of sections 1205.1 and 1205.2(a) through (c)1 to maintain employment in a charter school. The charter school shall maintain the records of an uncertified teacher or administrator who is employed full time by a charter school.
