§ 697.17. Public meetings and records
Currentness
The authority shall be subject to the act of July 3, 1986 (P.L. 388, No. 84),1 known as the Sunshine Act, and the act of June 21, 1957 (P.L. 390, No. 212),2 referred to as the Right-to-Know Law, relating to the inspection and copying of public records.
