§ 563.2a. Written response to collective bargaining agreement offer required within fifteen days
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, either party to a collective bargaining agreement between the board and its employes shall respond, in writing, to any written offer of the other party within fifteen days of receipt of the written offer.
