§ 16. Transfer of property to Commissioners of Navigation of Delaware
Currentness
All vessels, boats, launches, books, records, maps and other property whatsoever, belonging to the Board of Wardens for the port of Philadelphia, the Harbor Master and the Master Warden of the port of Philadelphia, shall be deposited in and transferred to the Board of Commissioners of Navigation for the river Delaware and its navigable tributaries,1 to be kept in and used by the said Board of Commissioners of Navigation for the river Delaware and its navigable tributaries.
