§ 412. Violations of act; penalty
Currentness
Any person that shall operated a boat in violation of this act shall, upon conviction thereof before any alderman, magistrate, or justice of the peace,1 be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars, or in default thereof shall be sentenced to undergo an imprisonment for a period of not more than ten days.
