§ 241. State quarantine discontinued; offices abolished
The State quarantine as provided for by the laws of this Commonwealth is hereby discontinued and determined, and the State Quarantine Board, the office of quarantine physician, the office of health officer for the port of Philadelphia, and all offices, places, and appointments held under the State Quarantine Board are hereby abolished.
