§ 4664. Interfering with railroad employe
Whoever, in aid or furtherance of the objects of any strike upon any railroad, interferes with, molests or obstructs any locomotive engineer or other railroad employe engaged in the discharge and performance of his duty as such, is guilty of a summary offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100).
