§ 4806.3. Engaging in criminal usury
Whoever engages in criminal usury, or conspires to do so, is guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000) or to undergo imprisonment not exceeding ten (10) years, or both.
