§ 4806.8. Receiving proceeds of criminal usury
Whoever knowingly receives, or conspires to receive, the proceeds of criminal usury, shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000) or to undergo imprisonment not exceeding ten (10) years, or both.
