§ 11.322. Powers and duties of committee
The committee has the following powers and duties:
Chapter 25 (relating to criminal homicide).
Section 2702 (relating to aggravated assault).
Section 3121 (relating to rape).
(3) To perform those functions related to the direct approval and disbursement of financial assistance in an advisory capacity only. The committee shall have the opportunity to review and comment on applications other than applications for claims for compensation pursuant to sections 702 and 7061 within 30 days after receipt of the application from the commission.
