§ 1518.3. Applicability of Clean Indoor Air Act
Currentness
Notwithstanding section 11(b) of the act of June 13, 2008 (P.L. 182, No. 27),1 known as the Clean Indoor Air Act, the provisions of section 3(b)(11) of the Clean Indoor Air Act2 shall apply to all licensed facilities.
