§ 1305. Application for license
Unless entitled to licensure without examination under the provisions of section 6,1 an individual who desires and applies to be licensed as a physical therapist shall apply to the board on a form furnished by the board, and such application shall embody evidence satisfactory to the board of the applicant's possessing the qualifications preliminary to examination required by this act. At the time of forwarding such application to the board, an applicant for licensure as a physical therapist shall pay a fee as set by regulation.
