§ 2421. Exemption from other statutes
Currentness
A licensee under this act shall not be subject to the provisions of the act of September 2, 1965 (P.L. 490, No. 249),1 referred to as the Money Transmission Business Licensing Law, to the extent that the licensee transmits money pursuant to the terms of a debt management services or debt settlement services agreement.
