§ 916.10. Department discretion
The decision to approve or disapprove a shared-work plan, to approve or disapprove a modification of an approved shared-work plan or to terminate an approved shared-work plan will be made within the department's discretion. Such decisions are not subject to the appeal provisions of Article V.1
