§ 1601-K. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Authority.” The Commonwealth Financing Authority established under 64 Pa.C.S. Ch. 15 (relating to Commonwealth Financing Authority).
