§ 916.4. Approval or disapproval of shared-work plan
Currentness
The department shall approve or disapprove a shared-work plan no later than 15 days after the date the employer's shared-work plan application that meets the requirements of section 1302(b)1 is received by the department. The department's decision shall be made in writing and, if the shared-work plan is disapproved, shall include the reasons for the disapproval.
