§ 205-7. Security interest and bulk sales
Currentness
Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect in any way any security interest which the supplier may have in the equipment, repair parts or specialized repair tools of the dealer, and any repurchase pursuant to this act is not subject to the provisions of 13 Pa.C.S. Ch. 611 (relating to bulk transfers).
