§ 2176. Rules and regulations
Currentness
The director may adopt rules and regulations necessary to enforce and administer this act. These rules and regulations, when promulgated pursuant to the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L. 769, No. 240), referred to as the Commonwealth Documents Law,1 shall have the force and effect of law.

Credits
