§ 269. Injunctions
In addition to any other remedy at law or in equity or under this act,1 the Attorney General may apply for relief by injunction to enforce compliance with or restrain violations of any provisions of this act or rule, regulation or order made pursuant thereto.
The remedy prescribed in this section shall be deemed concurrent or contemporaneous with any other remedy, and the existence or exercise of any one remedy shall not prevent the exercise of any other remedy.
