§ 210-6. Unfair trade practice
Currentness
A violation of the prohibition under section 31 shall be considered a violation of the act of December 17, 1968 (P.L. 1224, No. 387),2 known as the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, and the provisions of that act shall apply insofar as they are not inconsistent with this act.
