§ 393.33. Repeals
The following acts and parts of acts are repealed:
Act of May 6, 1968 (P.L. 117, No. 61),1 known as the Site Development Act.
Act of July 2, 1984 (P.L. 520, No. 105),2 known as the Business Infrastructure Development Act.
Act of July 10, 1989 (P.L. 313, No. 52),3 known as the Industrial Communities Action Program Act.
