§ 1982. Definitions
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Jewelry.” Includes any item made out of a precious metal, a diamond, or a precious or semiprecious stone.
“Jeweler.” A person who is in the business of buying or selling items of jewelry.
