§ 202-7. Action against lessor supplier; defenses
It shall be a defense for a lessor supplier in any action brought under this act by a lessee dealer, that said lessee dealer has failed to be in reasonable compliance considering all of the circumstances with the requirements imposed by the agreement and other agreements ancillary or collateral thereto.
