§ 422. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Department.” The Department of Community and Economic Development of the Commonwealth.
“Partnership.” The Pennsylvania Travel and Tourism Partnership established in section 4.1
“Secretary.” The Secretary of Community and Economic Development of the Commonwealth.
